Made from a custom fabric developed by the samuel zelig team. This process was very labor intensive in which every step was done by hand. The fabric was made from 1930's, 1940's, and 1960's grain sacks. They were deconstructed by hand into flat panels of fabric. The panels were then repaired both by hand and by machine. This jacket was sewn with great attention to detail by a single sewer in Los Angeles.
